Whatever difficulties you are facing, and whatever training aims you have, Sarah can help you to understand your dog, and to help you find solutions to their unwanted behaviours, while providing for their needs and allowing them to enjoy life.
All training is reward-based.
As Sarah takes a holistic approach to behaviour modification, it's not just about training... consultations may include conversations about: food, exercise, meeting needs, reducing stress, health care, cooperative care, grooming, daily routines, sleeping/ resting, and the relationship you have with your dog (and the relationship they have with other members of the family).

Sarah's aim is to give you the necessary skills and knowledge needed to improve your dog's behaviour, in as few sessions as possible. Sometimes only one session is required to do this, along with a bit of extra support by email. However, some people learn better through coaching, so you may prefer regular sessions so Sarah can support you and your dog through the various training stages.
If it's not possible to meet in person because of distance, finding a suitable day/ time, for unvaccinated puppies, or when a dog is showing aggressive behaviour towards strangers (when advice is needed before a practical session)...then you might benefit from a phone consultation, or a training session via Zoom.
These are run at Leigh village hall (Nr Tonbridge in Kent) on Monday and Friday mornings, suitable for pups to oldies. All sorts of skills are covered, from the foundations of sit, down, stay, leave and come...to fun tricks and advanced training.
These are run at various parks in Tonbridge, ranging from puppy social time to reactive dog training sessions. These are about working in 'real-life' environments, where we can teach dogs how to cope with distractions, how to walk well on lead, how to tune in and come back when called, and how to deal with the things they find scary or threatening. Shared training helps to keep costs down.
Sarah occasionally films a training session, which goes onto her YouTube channel to promote the benefits of reward-based training. This is a great option if you're finding it hard to find the money for training, as there is no cost involved for filmed case studies.
Sarah will train your dog during a walk, working on foundation skills, loose lead walking, focus, calmness, working on reactivity etc. A good option if you're not able to walk yourself, if they're not able to be walked by a dog walker until they've had some training, or if you want to watch Sarah and learn how to train your dog that way.
